Renewed Dedication to Service in Dental Imaging
As more dentists chose Gendex digital sensors, panoramic units, and 3D cone beam systems, dialogues like those shared at our National Sales Meeting become more important than ever before. This year’s meeting was filled with good news and great inspiration to help the Gendex team continue to serve our customers and provide unmatched customer service and products that positively impact dentists’ clinical lives every day.
This year, the meeting was held in Charlotte, NC. It was attended by representatives from Gendex, Pelton & Crane, KaVo and Marus. Creating a network of “togetherness,” the experienced representatives from these diverse companies were able to discuss common goals and a broad range of insights on customer service. In breakout sessions, reps learned more about the products, and how to cultivate stronger relationships with dentists and dealer partners.
After working hard all day discovering new ways to spread the good word about Gendex products and services, the reps got a taste of different cuisines at restaurants throughout Charlotte. Also, at the dinner on Tuesday night, some of the Gendex reps were recognized with awards as recognition for their penchant for participation in the Experience Gendex campaign. Bringing together some of the hardest-working sales forces in the nation resulted in a valuable exchange of ideas and possibilities for the future. Everyone was infused with enthusiasm and eager to get back on the road, striving for peak performance to bring dentists the technology that can change their practices and their patients’ lives.
